Message To a point what your stating is correct.
EGT temps should keep you in check as far as the engine goes.....I believe it is possible to overspin and rip a turbo to shreds by simply overdriving it as you have already experienced with your sport 600 turbos.
The fact that your hung up on making a certain boost pressure with small turbos is not the best idea or approach IMO.
You should have a type of use for a car in mind and also a certain power level range in mind and then select parts to fill your needs to make the package as efficient as possible to fill your goals.
Looking to make high boost numbers with 2 small turbos as a goal is a crazy way to go about things IMO.
Because your using more restrictive parts it may be possible to hit your boost number (I seriously do not see these turbos holding 30 PSI), But I do NOT believe the package will hold up well running such high pressures with such small turbos.
